Don?t expect to see as many cupcakes, candy corn or marshmallow ghosts in local elementary school classrooms this Halloween. Schools throughout the Lynchburg area are encouraging parents to bring healthy snacks, especially fruits and vegetables, to their children?s classes for parties and lunchtime.
